In this API you will be able to get Functional Group Descriptions for Volvo Penta spare parts, translated into multiple languages. All spare parts belong to a Functional Group, making it easier to confirm the spare part and its function, properties or position.
This API supports the Volvo Penta Inventory Management process. It is possible to deliver inventory levels from Volvo Penta Business Partners (Stock on Hand + On Order Qty - Back Order to Customers). The inventory levels are forwarded to Dealer Stock control Package (DSP) which will trigger stock fulfillment. Note, that it is a limitation in file transmission of only one valid file per day to Dealer Stock control Package (DSP).

In this API you will be able to get Supersession information for Spare Parts. There are 4 types of Supersessions, Single, Variable, Multiple and Expired. Single Supersession, one part is replaced by another part. Multiple Supersession, one part is replaced by multiple parts. Variable Supersession, one part is replaced by multiple choices depending on type of product. Expired Supersession, the part is not replaced any longer and has expired.
